This page explains what DesignPods collects on this website and what we do with it. It is written plainly on purpose.

What we collect

• If you register interest, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your name.
• Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website. Netlify processes data on servers that may be located outside Australia.

What we use it for

• To email you about the DesignPods launch and range. Nothing else.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the team building DesignPods.

Unsubscribing, access and correction

• Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed, and we will delete your details.
• You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will sort it out. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
